About Us

Woodway Wellness is located in downtown Edmonds, WA, and serves as an expansion of our sister studio, Bodyworks Pilates of Edmonds. Our studio offers occupational therapy, small group STOTT Pilates Reformer classes, and private and duet sessions, in addition to functional fitness and full-body massage.

Occupational therapy at Woodway Wellness focuses on helping individuals regain independence and improve their daily function through targeted therapeutic exercises and movement-based interventions. Pilates serves as the primary form of therapeutic exercise, emphasizing core strength, stability, and mobility to support rehabilitation and overall well-being. Our occupational therapy services include balance and fall risk assessments, rehabilitative and preventative care, therapeutic ultrasound, manual therapy, electrical stimulation, compression massage, infrared therapy, and more.
